Mira Power Limited achieved another important milestone in Project Development whereby the “Term Sheet” was substantially agreed with the Project Lenders. In this respect “All Lenders Meeting” was held in Singapore from October 29 to October 31, 2013. The participants were Lenders group (IFC, ADB, K EXIM, FMO), Sponsors Group (KOSEP, Daelim, Sambu & Lotte), Mira Power, MPL advisors (RIAA, MWH and DOWHA), Lenders advisors (Shearman & Sterling and Mott MacDonald) and the EPC Contractor (including Saman). Meeting was held in a professional and friendly manner and parties achieved substantial progress on financing and technical matters which will greatly help MPL to achieve the Financial Closing on timely basis.
