Korean sponsored IPPs, Mira Power Limited and Star Hydro played a series of two Friendly Tennis Tape Ball Cricket Matches on July 4th 2013. The series won by MPL by 2-0.
Mr. Munir (Assistant Admin MPL) and Jawad (Manager Accounts Star Hydro) organized the series along-with refreshment and prize ceremony.
In the first Match Star Hydro while batting first scored 84 runs. It was chased down by MPL team at the loss of only 1 wicket. In the end Mr. Sultan Ahmad of MPL scored a quick fire 37 runs with 5 sixes proved to be a difference between the two teams.
The Second Match, MPL batted first. Chasing a target of 65 runs, Star Hydro was bowled out for 41 runs.
In the end winning cup ceremony coupled with prizes was held. Senior management of both the IPPs appreciated the efforts of organizers and presented prizes to the winners. Mr. Sadaqat of Star Hydro declared best bowler whereas Mr. Sultan of MPL declared best batsmen of the series. The series ended on wining cup presented by Mr. Park and Mr. Kim, Jae-Wang to MPL Team Captain Mr. Nadim.
