Stakeholders Engagement Plan (SEP) is a document that consolidates all the actions currently described in various communication, social and land acquisition plans and procedures, that shall be the basis for building strong, constructive, and responsive relationships that are essential for the successful management of a project’s environmental and social impacts. This plan assures that the engagement with stakeholders is an ongoing process, corresponds to impacts and risk, and it includes: stakeholder analysis and planning,
- disclosure and dissemination of information,
- consultation and participation,
- grievance mechanism, and
- Ongoing reporting to those affected.
