A kick start meeting was held on September 2, 2013 in Pearl Continental Hotel, Muzaffarabad to finalized AJ&K Implementation Agreement with GOAJK and AJ&K Council. The meeting was attended by the representative of Secretary Electricity, Private Power Cell, AJ&K Law Ministry and PPIB as an agent to AJ&K Council. A substantial portion of AJ&K Implementation Agreement has been finalized and remaining portion to follow in next meeting to be scheduled soon.
