Mott McDonald’s Technical and E&S teams arrived in MPL office Islamabad on September 3, 2013 and have conducted several face to face meetings including meetings with MPL team, EPC Contractor (Sambu & Daelim), Basic Designer (Saman), Owner’s Engineer (MWH, Kosep & Dowha), E&S Consultants (Hagler Bailley & Sustainable Solutions), Land Collector (Deputy Commissioner Kotli), Environment Protection Agency AJ&K, Frostery Wildlife & Fisheries Department AJ&K and Local Community at their door steps.
