Mira Power Limited executed AJ&K Implementation Agreement (AJ&K IA), Water Use Agreement (WUA) and Land Lease Agreements with GOAJK in a ceremony held in Regency Hotel, Mirpur AJ&K on March 16, 2015 which was witnessed by the Prime Minister of AJ&K (Chaudhary Abdul Majid), Ambassador of Republic of Korea, Dr. Song Jong-Hwan, the Senior Minister & Chairman PDO (Chaudhary Muhammad Yasin).
The Secretary Electricity (Muhammad Ahsan), MD PPIB (Shah Jehan Mirza) and CEO Mira Power Limited (Yoon Tae Hak) signed AJ&K Implementation Agreement on behalf of GOAJK, AJ&K Council and Mira Power Limited respective.
The Water Use Agreement was signed between Secretary Electricity and CEO Mira Power Limited while the Land Lease Agreements were signed between Senior Member Board of Revenue (Naeem Shiraz), the Collector District Kotli (Chaudhary Shaukat Ali) and CEO of Mira Power Limited for government and private land respectively.
Execution of these agreements have made the Mira Power Limited very close to Financial Closing which will be achieved once Tariff approvals are in placed from NEPRA.
