The Mira Power Limited HR & Admin Department has arranged a team-building event on July 25, 2023, with the theme “Recreational Activity – Team Bonding at Nathia Gali”. It was a combination of infotainment, entertainment, and enjoyment where employees could take a break from their busy schedules to explore the outdoors in addition to not getting along with management. In addition to being beneficial for fostering social bonds, this activity gave the workers greater energy and confidence, which in turn helped them adopt a positive outlook and project a positive image.
